RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Funds will be refunded in the original payment form (i.e. to the card used for payment or by cheque). We will notify you by email once the refund has been applied.
If you are returning your purchase because it is damaged or faulty we will refund the cost of return postage to us. If you are returning it because it does not meet your requirements or because you have decided that you just do not want it, return postage costs will be met by the purchaser. We recommend that you return items by recorded delivery if they are worth £40 or more.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from DementiaShop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
